SRSP’s Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) empowers individuals and communities by equipping them with the skills they need to succeed. This well-established center offers certified technical and vocational training courses in over 40 trades, catering to youth, women, men, and people with disabilities. Their internationally recognized training, delivered by a team of experts, provides participants with both hands-on experience and valuable business management skills. Flexibility is key, with residential and non-residential options available, along with mobile training units that bring learning directly to communities. By focusing on in-demand skills and tracking graduate employment success (79%!), the HRDC plays a vital role in building a skilled workforce and brighter futures.

In the past three years, the center has trained 7,350 participants (that includes 30.3% women participation) with a financial portfolio of more than PKR 763 million. These courses have been funded by the European Union, Government of Germany (GiZ and KfW), Government of Pakistan, Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund, UN Agencies including UNDP, UNHCR, Prime Ministers Kamyab Jawan Programme NAVTTC, and International Rescue Committee (IRC) etc.
